Rose Mary Zapor

Rose Mary Zapor is an attorney licensed to practice in the State of Colorado. Her practice is limited to the areas of Elder Law and Mediation.

Ms. Zapor holds several degrees, including a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and History, a Master of Arts in Education, and a Juris Doctorate.  She has been licensed to teach in four states, and has taught classes ranging from elementary school through Graduate studies.  She was an Assistant Professor at Indiana University of Pennsylvania from 1979 through 1981, and Adjunct Faculty in American Politics, Ethics, and Communications at colleges and universities in Colorado, Oklahoma and Missouri.

For more than a decade, lawyer Rose Mary Zapor has primarily focused her practice on elder law representation, Medicaid planning and VA benefits for clients in Lakewood and across Colorado.  She understands the Denver area courts as well as the skilled nursing home and in-home resources locally available.

Rose Mary Zapor offers mediation services across the Denver metro.  She also handles the following types of matters:

-          Probate and estate administration after the death of a loved one

-          Guardianships and conservatorships when an elderly person cannot care for him or herself
