In addition to trial work, I have always handled my clients' appeals and fortunately have a winning record. Also, I am a State of Florida Certified Circuit  Court Mediator, Certified Foreclosure Mediator, Certified Appellate Mediator, Certified Federal Court Mediator, and Florida Supreme Court Qualified Arbitrator. I have been, and am currently, involved in cases of first impression in the State of Florida.

I have handled a variety of cases: insurance coverage,automobile products liability, defective medical devices, medical malpractice, nursing home neglect, construction, homeowners, disability, administrative professional license prosecution & defense, torts, commercial & business disputes.

I enjoy ADR. I am not a "messenger boy". I work all parties hard, and attempt to employ novel and creative means toward resolution. Should mediation result in impasse, I continue the process should the parties desire. and  I remain in subsequent contact in an attempt to facilitate resolution.
