We are engaged in the general practice of law, since Indiana does not recognize specialties. We accept both civil and criminal cases, with an emphasis on the problems of small businesses and families, including divorce, adoptions, wills, estates, corporations, zoning, contracts, real estate, personal injury and criminal defense. While many attorneys are either office practitioners or trial attorneys, similar to the division between solicitors and barristers in other parts of the world, we are equally comfortable in the office or the courthouse. While our practice is primarily confined to Vanderburgh and Warrick Counties in Indiana, Mr. Bohleber is admitted to practice throughout the State, as well as Federal Courts in the Southern District of Indiana, the Federal Court of Appeals in Chicago and the United States Supreme Court.
If we are unable to handle a particular legal problem, we are happy to make an appropriate referral to provide you with the most competent service for all of your legal needs.
Our office is in the Court Building, located at the intersection of Fourth and Vine Streets in downtown Evansville, across from the Old Vanderburgh County Courthouse and three blocks from both State and Federal Courts. Two-hour parking is available on adjacent streets; longer-term parking is available at the public garage at Fifth and Sycamore streets.
