With over 35 years in the industry, Stewart is a seasoned professional, possessing an expansive repertoire of experiences in diversified areas of accounting and business advisory services. His practice areas are focused on litigation support, audit and assurance, fraud investigation, business valuation, and business and tax consulting. Stewart also regularly serves as an expert witness in Federal and Circuit Courts.
Stewart is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified in Financial Forensics (CFF) and Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV) by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He is Certified as a Forensic Accountant (CRFAC) by the American Board of Forensic Accounting, a Certified Family Mediator (CFM) by the Supreme Court of Florida, a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) by the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, and a Certified Valuation Analysts (CVA) by the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts. Additionally, Stewart is a Fellow of the American Board of Forensic Accounting and a designated Personal Financial Specialist (PFS) by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
Stewart currently serves on the Board of Directors of AIM ImmunoTech Inc., a public company engaged in the clinical development of new drug entities for treatment of seriously debilitating disorders. He is also Chairperson of the Audit Committee for AIM ImmunoTech Inc.
At Florida International University, Stewart serves on the Foundation Board of Directors, the President’s Council, the Law School Dean’s Advisory Council, and the Advisory Board for the College of Medicine. He is also an active supporter for the University of Miami, Florida State University, Beth David Synagogue, Dave & Mary Alper Jewish Community Center, United Way, and Voices for Children.
