Tasha L. Buzzell

I am Tasha Buzzell, and I assist my clients with life’s many transitions and changes. I measure success in terms of reaching satisfying solutions that enrich my clients’ lives. I spend time with my clients discussing concerns, fears, and history, while encouraging clients to explore solutions and look towards the future so that clients are empowered to move forward with their lives. After spending two years working closely with the Probate and Family Court judges in Massachusetts as a judicial law clerk, I have a unique understanding of the court process. The vast majority of my cases are resolved before trial using interest-based negotiations, collaborative techniques in which both parties receive what they need in order to reduce conflict, and a steady process of identifying your goals and finding a way to reach them. For those cases that do require time in court, I am always ready to fiercely advocate. I welcome the opportunity to assist you and welcome any inquiries you may have.
