Tim Van Eman is Board Certified as a Civil Trial Advocate by the National Board of Trial Advocacy, an agency accredited by the Ohio Supreme Court. Tim has been a litigator for over 35 years and has tried many civil cases to verdict and participated in countless mediations. He is an arbitrator for the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) and has over 25 years of AV ratings from Martindale-Hubbell.
Tim Van Eman received his bachelor's degree in business administration with an emphasis in Accounting from Ohio Dominican University and his law degree from Capital University Law School. He is licensed to practice law in all state courts in Ohio and Michigan, in United States District Courts of both Ohio and Michigan, and in the United States Supreme Court.
In addition to his trial practice, Tim acts as a mediator in business disputes, personal injury, malpractice and employment cases throughout the state of Ohio.
