Tom Geiser is a certified mediator in the State of Missouri and conflict coach. Tom spent over 25 years in communications and marketing, so he is well versed in working with others for mutual benefit. He has the ideal skillset and experience to bring parties together and guide them to a successful settlement.
He has been trained by top mediators and worked with some of the best conflict resolution programs in the state. As a conflict coach, Tom helps one party resolve a conflict or prepare for mediation. His services can be in-person or online.
He offers a number of mediation services, including employment, discrimination, business, community and landlord/tenant (Please see Practice Areas below). He is currently working on advanced training in workplace conflict resolution.
