Developed talent assessment and succession planning program corporate wide including 1000 managers and above.  Led SAP Succession plan technology implementation to ensure talent was utilized through out the enterprise.

 Responsible for the employee relation activities of a national Independent Power Producer with 220 multifunctional employees. These activities include providing HR strategy to line management , leading the implementation of HR plans and products , conducting all employee complaints and investigations, mediating employee and management relationship issues , and providing practical interpretation to employment laws .

Responsible for the development and implementation of Equal Employment and Affirmative Action policy, along with facilitating Office of Federal Contract Compliance facility audits for a utility company, employing 10, 000 employees.
