William D. Montgomery

William D. Montgomery, a lifelong Mississippi resident, was born in Greenwood and raised in Port Gibson. Since graduating from the University Of Mississippi School Of Law Mr. Montgomery’s practice has focused on personal injury and commercial litigation. He possesses experience in plaintiff’s work as well as defense litigation, providing effective, efficient representation tailored to the individual needs of his clients. Mr. Montgomery currently defends a variety of clients with cases ranging from automobile accidents, trucking accidents, and premises liability cases to bad-faith insurance defense, construction defect cases, and commercial litigation.

Mr. Montgomery is a Martindale Hubbard AV rated attorney and was recently distinguished as a Mid-South Super Lawyers – Rising Star. He is licensed to practice in all Mississippi State and Federal Courts as well as the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals
