Wm. Lee Horn's practice concentrates on estate planning and administration, taxation, and commercial transactions.
Lee received his LL.M. in Taxation from New York University School of Law, his J.D. from The University of Alabama School of Law, and his B.S. in Business Management from the University of Alabama. He is a member of both the Alabama and Tennessee State Bar. Lee is admitted to practice before the United States Tax Court.
Lee has served as president of the Middle Tennessee Planned Giving Council, and is a member of the Nashville Estate Planning Council. He has lectured at numerous continuing education programs on various topics throughout his career.
